President / Owner
Larry Ware
Bio: Larry has a B.S. in accounting from the University of Colorado and over 40 years experience in the asphalt industry. He founded Alpha Milling in 1998 and currently serves as president and owner.

Vice President
Nick Ware
Bio: Nick holds a B.S. in finance from the University of Colorado. He has held roles as a senior financial analyst and a manager of strategic finance. At Alpha Milling he has served as a laborer, equipment operator, project manager, and estimator. He currently serves as vice president.

General Manager
Doug Jones
Bio: Doug has a B.S. in construction management from Colorado State University, an MBA from Regis University, and is recognized as a Certified Professional Constructor. Doug has worked in the asphalt industry for 20 years, and joined Alpha Milling in 2006. He now serves as the general manager.
