Planing can be defined as either the full or partial removal of existing pavement layers.  Our rotomills can mill at depths between 0 and 12 inches and are equipped with automated grade control devices that are accurate to within 1/10 of an inch.  They can be programmed to cut at a specific depth or predefined cross slope and can be retrofitted with additional sensing devices to create an “averaging” system similar to that of a ski on a paver.  We have the technology and expertise to proivde an optimal solution on any rotomilling project including:

  • Edge Milling
  • Full Width Milling
  • Full Depth Reconstructs
  • Bridge Decks
  • Profiling
  • Grade / Cross-Slope Correction
  • T-Patches For Utility Cuts

We have a wide variety of equipment / cutting widths to maximize efficiency, production, and cost effectiveness.
