When repairing only localized sections of an asphalt mat, mill patching is typically much more efficient than conventinal methods which require saw cutting and the use of a backhoe or loader for excavation. Rotomilling is much faster and cleaner, and allows the milled asphalt to immediately be re-used or recycled. Mill Patching may be an ideal method of excavation for:
- Crack Patching / Repair
- Frost Heave / Settling
- General Asphalt Fatigue
While all of our rotomills have the capabiliity of loading milled asphalt into trucks, the material may also be left in place as a temporary drive surface.
